My promise – I love to bake and I am positively obsessive about quality and ensuring optimum pleasure of the recipient. Should one of my brownie gifts disappoint please email me at hello@bisforbrownie.co.uk and I will endeavour to put things right.
Delivery – all deliveries are made my Royal Mail and require a signature on receipt. Every effort is made to ensure that your order is received within 4 working days of being placed but this cannot be guaranteed. If the bakery is very busy you will be notified by email that your order could take a little longer.
Cancellation or changes to order – every effort will be made to accommodate a cancellation or change to order. Please email hello@bisforbrownie.co.uk if you you require a cancellation or change to order. Any cancellation or change to order will be dependant on whether the order has been baked. All brownies are baked to order and if the order has already been baked then it will not be possible to offer a refund or a change to the order.
Allergens – all brownies are baked to a gluten free recipe. Brownies are baked in a kitchen that handles a variety of allergens including wheat, nuts, sesame, mustard but every care is taken to limit any contamination by ingredients not declared on the ingredient list. Description – every effort is made to describe products and ingredients accurately. Brownies are baked to a minimum weight. Each slab of brownies is cut by hand into 8 portions.
Changes to Terms – B is for Brownie reserves the right to make changes to the website without prior notification. Any changes will become effective from the point at which amendments are posted to the website.
